Within 14 days submit high-quality scans of company documents, financial statements (or business plan for start-ups), bank statements, processing history (if any), PCI DSS documents, proof of domain ownership, and personal documents of shareholders, directors, and beneficial owners.
We will send you our Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions of service for digital signing once your merchant account has been approved. Read, and if you agree, sign and send back to us.
Upon completion of the signing process, we will provide you with technical documentation and grant access to our sandbox environment, allowing you to perform an unlimited number of test transactions. Once you have successfully completed the testing phase, you can request access to the production environment and begin accepting payments right away. Settlements occur after 3 days or later, subject to the conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. For clients using Payouts, payment instructions can be initiated via API after funding of their account.
To get our Checkout product, your business should be registered in the UK and needs a secure webshop with a valid SSL certificate and PCI DSS compliance. Also, check the restricted industries list.
